Our role

SevaNagar is a technology platform that connects residents and local providers who then deal directly with each other on WhatsApp. SevaNagar is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee any transaction, service, price, availability or quality.

Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. No false, offensive or illegal content is allowed.

Moderation

Reported listings may be hidden or removed, normally within 24 hours. Repeat violators may be suspended.

Acceptable use

No scraping, spamming, impersonation, or misuse of published contact details.

Listings & payments

Basic listings are free. Optional paid promotion services show the price and duration before you pay. Fees for promotions that have been delivered are non-refundable, except as the law requires.

Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. Our liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Sirsi, Karnataka.
